Do you ever offer partial planning or smaller packages?
Yes, occasionally. If you have already secured several vendors and mainly need support bringing everything together, I will review what is already in place and decide whether stepping in makes sense. It depends on timing, scope, and whether I can confidently deliver the same level of organization and oversight. If I cannot, I will tell you.
What do you mean by “design”?
Do not let the word “design” automatically make you think “extra money.” For me, design mostly answers the question: where are all of the physical items required to host the event going to come from, how will they look, how will they function in the space, and how do we make it all feel cohesive without losing sight of the budget? This is not about adding unnecessary tasks. It is about simplifying a very important part of the event and making sure the space looks intentional, functions well, and reflects your priorities.
What if we have already booked some vendors?
That is completely fine. I will assess what has already been booked, identify any holes, and create a structured plan moving forward. The goal is to prevent last-minute scrambling and make sure everything connects properly from here on out.
What makes your approach different?
I am hands-on, and you get me. When you call or text, it is me. I do not disappear after sending a checklist. I review proposals. I question rental quantities. I adjust timelines when logistics change. I confirm load-in times. I walk venues. I lead vendor conversations. My role is to simplify the process, streamline the moving parts, and make sure your event is built and managed with intention.
Do you work with smaller or intimate weddings?
Absolutely. A smaller event may mean fewer tables and chairs, but it does not eliminate the need for a clear plan. Smaller weddings still require structure, communication, vendor coordination, and thoughtful execution.
